If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Apparel Bandits and the defect is not due to a misspelling, please email apparel bandits at sales@stickbandits.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Misspellings of names or wrong numbers submitted by the customer ARE NOT eligible for refunds. All errors on behalf of Apparel Bandits will be corrected by Apparel Bandits at no cost. All Apparel must be returned to Apparel Bandits before correction can be mailed.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 1 business day of receipt of merchandise. Refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued based on inspection. In some cases, the product must be returned to Apparel Bandits within 14 business days of the issuance of the RMA. In all cases, however, outgoing and return freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
