The following terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions"), are agreed to by Apparel Bandits and the purchaser Seller"s acceptance of any order is subject to these Terms and Conditions. No contrary, additional or different terms, provisions or conditions shall be binding on Seller unless accepted by Seller in writing. This document represents the full and final agreement of the parties regarding these Terms and Conditions.
 
The final purchase receipt shall cover the specific quantities of items listed. The purchaser’s submission of any order results in a contract of sale. The purchase price for the products sold shall be as shown on the face of the order form. The purchase price shall be payable in United States currency in accordance with the terms outlined in the order. Stick Bandits shall deliver all Goods to a carrier for transport to the Purchaser’s residence or place of business. The purchaser shall bear all risk of loss with respect to the Goods from the moment the Goods are delivered to the carrier unless insurance is purchased from the postal carrier. In the event Purchaser fails to remit payment for any one shipment when same becomes due, Seller reserves the right, among other remedies, either to terminate the contract or to suspend further deliveries. Should Purchaser"s financial responsibility become unsatisfactory to Seller, in Seller"s sole and absolute discretion, cash payments or security satisfactory to Seller, in its sole and absolute discretion, may be required by Seller before future deliveries of Goods are made by Seller. All invoices and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Illinois.

The Use of Logos submitted by an individual or organization

* All logos submitted by our customers are submitted with the permission to use from their clubs or organization. Apparel Bandits is not held responsible for the logos that our customers submit for production on individual or team orders. Please get permission from your club or organization to use their logo before submitting your order. Once and order is submitted with a logo you are giving us permission to use that logo based on consent from your Hockey Club or Organization.

Use of Licensed graphics

Apparel Bandits Bandits assumes that its customers have the right for usage on all trademarked and copyrighted logos and designs. Any graphic provided that is in violation of this will be refused. The purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us or PATENT or COPYRIGHT infringements. We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of order. We assume no liability in any trademark, service mark or copyright infringement disputes. All customers agree they have permission to for use of the logo from their organization or club from which the logo is intended from.
